RE ZRO®, the British materials company specialising in innovative sustainable impact protection, has partnered with British motorcycle brand Motone to deliver integrated Level 2 protection for the company’s new premium leather riding jacket range.
The partnership launches with two new jackets, the Shōgun and Revolver, combining Motone’s refined approach to motorcycle apparel with RE ZRO®’s lightweight, flexible and low-profile armour systems.
Developed as part of Motone’s Deluxe Leather Goods collection, both jackets have been designed around real-world riding without compromising on silhouette, mobility or comfort. Each garment comes equipped with RE ZRO® Level 2 elbow, shoulder and back protection as standard, integrated into premium leather constructions built for long-term use.
The launch reflects growing demand for motorcycle apparel that delivers modern protection while maintaining a clean, understated aesthetic. By integrating RE ZRO® armour directly into the jackets from the outset, Motone has been able to retain the natural fit, flexibility and feel expected from premium leather outerwear while achieving certified impact protection throughout.

The Shōgun is constructed from hand-finished premium nubuck leather with quilted detailing and a refined, stripped-back silhouette inspired by classic riding jackets. Designed for mobility in the riding position, it combines action-back shoulders, pre-curved sleeves and integrated ventilation with RE ZRO® Level 2 protection throughout.
Alongside it, the Revolver takes a more traditional café racer direction, pairing full-grain cowhide leather with diamond quilted detailing and a clean, minimal aesthetic. Built around the same performance-focused approach, the jacket combines ventilation, ergonomic shaping and integrated RE ZRO® protection within a timeless leather construction.
Both jackets are CE and UKCA AA-rated and arrive fully equipped with RE ZRO® Level 2 armour with no upgrades required.
The partnership continues RE ZRO®’s expansion across motorcycle, cycling, equestrian and performance protection markets, supporting brands looking to integrate advanced impact materials into premium product platforms without compromising comfort, flexibility or design intent.
